I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 1 business day from day of ordering to allow for processing and packing. We will always try to dispatch goods as quickly as possible and customers who have opted for Express postage, we will always try to make sure they get posted the same day (Mon-Fri) if ordered before 11.00 am

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Shipping time is depending on the location of the customer.

Average time for UK orders is from 1-7 days business days depending on the postal service selected at the time of checkout.

Average transit times to the E.U: 5 – 14 business days

Average transit times to Test of the World/International: 9 – 25 business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are able to cancel your order at any time provided it has not been shipped. If the item has already shipped it will not be possible to cancel until you receive the order, please email info@gear4snow.com or via our contact us page for an update on your order.
